Heart murmur is an unusual noise caused by turbulent blood flow. This could be due to the higher throughput than anemia or due to a structural defect. Most of the structural defects are curable, some spontaneoously and other surgically or by balloon dilatation.

A heart murmur is a leak in a valve, the mitral valve in the rule.
The causes are genetic, autoimmune diseases, or unknown, but not anemia.
If it is small, only monitored.
